Therapeutic Approach
Corin takes an integrated approach. She has been trained in, and spent the past seven years as a licensed provider, utilizing several evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, along with psychodynamic therapy with clients as young as three through late adulthood.
Every individual's and family's experiences, situation and goals are different, therefore you will decide together which are most effective for you.

Everyone has strengths and the ability to overcome challenges, often in ways they have not previously considered. Corin cares for every one of her clients. She is there to help you meet your goals. She will show up to every session ready to engage in that process with you, creating a safe, supportive space fostering compassion and curiosity. She believes if positive change is to occur, it is important to be open, honest and vulnerable.
Services
Individual Counseling
All therapy relationships can begin with a 20 minute phone or telehealth consultation, at no additional cost.
Available both in person and telehealth, all ages welcome.
Initial: 60 minute session to review mental, physical and emotional health, and to consider what you would like to address in therapy along with any goals you have already identified.
Follow up sessions: 53 minutes to address identified challenges and goals
Parent Coaching
All therapy relationships can begin with a 20 minute phone or telehealth consultation, at no additional cost.
Available both in person and telehealth.
Initial: 60 minute session with the child/adolescent and caregiver(s) to evaluate the mental, physical and emotional health of the child/adolescent along with the parent/child relationship dynamics, communication, strengths and challenges.
Follow up sessions: 53 minutes to address identified challenges and goals
About Me
I am grateful to each individual who has trusted me with the hard conversations and embraced change.
I have worked in the non-profit, medical and mental health fields for over 20 years. Most of those years have been spent specializing in work with children and adolescents, chronic medical conditions effecting all ages, neurodivergence, and women's health impact on mental health (infertility, hormone imbalance, menopause).
When I am not working, I am a mom, best friend and partner. Things that make me happy include remote trails, live music, being immersed in another culture, and listening to a good podcast or audiobook.

Individual & Parent Coaching Diagnostic Evaluation: $225
Follow up Sessions: $165

Superbills can be provided to facilitate access out of network benefits.
